All rights, ownership, and interests related to the services (including but not limited to any games, titles, computer code, themes, objects, characters, character names, stories, dialogues, catchphrases, concepts, artworks, animations, sounds, musical works, audio-visual effects, operating methods, spiritual rights, documents, in-game chat records, character personal information, game records played using our game client, as well as our game client and server software) belong to us. We reserve all rights related to its games and services, including but not limited to all intellectual property or other proprietary rights.

Usage restrictions

You may need to update third-party software from time to time in order to receive services and play our games.

Force Majeure
We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform any obligations under this Agreement caused by reasons beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to unforeseeable circumstances or reasons beyond our control, such as acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fires, floods, accidents, strikes, transportation facilities, fuel Shortages of energy, labor, or materials.
